Did you know there are specific Noise Regulations in place designed to ensure workers’ hearing is protected in the workplace?
In manufacturing and industrial premises, workers can be subjected to excessive noise pollution and this can often lead to temporary hearing loss or, worse still, permanent ringing in the ears.
If a member of staff is subjected to 85 decibels or more on a daily or weekly average, employers must provide their workers with appropriate hearing protection and ensure there are hearing protection zones in place.
All Robinsons employees are issued with the necessary noise protection they need for their working activities. For more information on noise regulations, click here or contact us.
